Refund policy

Please read our Return and Refund Policy below:

Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of goods, please be sure of your order before placing it online. Our refund policy is designed to handle situations where you receive extremely damaged goods. 

1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns and all sales are final. However, if you receive an extremely damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

2. Refunds

Refunds are not provided if the product is not to your taste or preference due to the perishable nature of the goods.

We want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If the product has an issue that is our fault (e.g., it was damaged during shipping, the wrong item was shipped, or there is a defect in the product), we will offer you a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Incorrect Details: Unfortunately, we cannot refund fees or orders if the address or contact details were entered incorrectly at the time of purchase.

Conditions for Refunds:

·  The request must be made within 7 days of the shipment date.

·  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

·  For damaged Shipments, include at least two photos that display the damage: one photo of the damaged product and one photo of the condition of the shipping package.

·  For Lost Packages, you must notify the carrier so a signed Denial of Receipt (DOR) can be provided. 

3. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

1.      Email us at hello@finaldates.co.uk with the subject line "Replacement/Refund Request" and include:

o    Your order number

o    A description of the issue

o    Photos 

o    A signed Denial of Receipt (DOR) from the carrier, if applicable

o    Your preference for a refund or replacement

2.      Once we receive your request, we will respond within 5 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

 

4. Shipping Costs

·  If you are eligible for a refund or replacement due to a defect or shipping error, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

5. Exceptions

As a health-focused company, we prioritize food safety and hygiene. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or consumed products for reasons of personal preference.

6. Cancelled Orders

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to lack of stock or if there is a problem with the order. If you have already been charged for your order, then we will issue your account or card with a refund.
