Shipping policy

Please note that we exclusively ship within the UK via Royal Mail.

We make all our truffles to order for online customers. 

We dispatch Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 13:00 on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday or business day. Excluding bank holidays. 

We offer free Second Class delivery for orders over £45.

Shipping Rates

- Tracked 48 Royal Mail (2-4 working days): £2.95 (FREE on orders over £45)

- Tracked 24 Royal Mail (1-2 working days): £3.95


Temperature Protection (Active During Extreme Heat Warnings)
Although our truffles don't need to be refrigerated, we will implement temperature protection as we see fit.

Address Changes: We cannot take responsibility for items shipped with an incorrectly placed address.

Liability for Missed Delivery: If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available, our responsibility ends with the attempted delivery. You’ll need to arrange a redelivery or pick-up from the carrier.

Process for Missed Deliveries

  • Rescheduling Delivery: If you miss a delivery, please follow the carrier’s instructions for rescheduling or arranging a pick-up from their facility. 
  • Carrier Policies: Each carrier has specific policies and procedures for handling missed deliveries. Please refer to their guidelines and follow their recommended actions.
