One truffle is about one Medjool date. They are intended to be enjoyed as you would traditional chocolate truffles and as a complement to the suggested daily date intake for pregnant women. Enjoy at room temperature or chilled straight from the refrigerator for a refreshing treat.

Real Food Varies: Temperature and time affect texture. We don't use additives, stabilizers, or palm oil. The truffles may soften in warmth or firm up over time—a natural characteristic of fresh ingredients. Love them soft and chewy? Keep them in the freezer and thaw before enjoying.
